The kitchen is one of the main meeting points of the family. Modern kitchens are very technologically advanced with various appliances, most of which use electricity. It is, in fact, the main user of electricity in the home. It is possible to save both energy and water in the kitchen. Recycling and composting also begins by sorting the waste there. It is also possible to stock up our kitchen with organic, environmentally certified or fair trade products.
The kitchen is therefore abuzz with activity and the decisions taken there have a considerable impact on the environmental policy of the home.
