Conditions and return policy

Product Delivery
All orders received before 12 noon are processed the next business day. If the product is out of stock a service representative will notify you of estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered by Íslandspóstur, of which warranties and shipping conditions apply. Accordingly, Nature is Ltd. is not responsible for any damage to the product during transit.

Quality Control
Nature is Ltd. endeavors to trade solely in quality products on its online store. To that end, we request that any buyer dissatisfied with the product or the registered information, inform us of it, even if it is not eligible for return.

Prices
Please notice that online prices are subject to immediate change, but not after it has been placed in the cart.

Taxes and Charges

All prices and invoices on the online store include sales tax. Invoices are sent via E-mail in Pdf-format.

Privacy
Sellers guarantee its customers full privacy on any information given regarding their purchase. Information will never be disclosed to a third party under any circumstances.

Return Policy:

Groceries
Groceries cannot be returned unless it is evident that they were shipped damaged from Nature is Ltd. In this case, it is important to notify us as soon as possible.

Products other than Groceries
If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased in our online store, it is possible to return it to our receptionist up to 14 days after it is received, and receive reimbursement within 45 days. For a product to be eligible for return it must be in its original package and sealed if it arrived sealed. If you wish to return a product please save the receipt and contact us via telephone +354 480 1500 or E-mail nature@nature.is

Please notify us if a product is defective or a wrong product has been sent to you, and we will take care of it right away. Both the product cost and the shipping fee will be reimbursed.

Nátturan.is hefur nú fengið þær góðu fréttir að fyrirtækið Náttúran er ehf. sem stendur að vefnum fái framlag úr fjárlögum 2008 frá Alþingi Íslendinga.
