Luiza – a Wizard in the Kitchen

Luiza Lárusdóttir is a wizard in the kitchen and she has permitted Nature.is to air her videos that she takes of her self in the kitchen.

Let Luiza introduce herself: 

My name is Luiza and I came to Iceland from Poland. I have lived around Iceland in the past years and I decided I like to live close to the nature.

I like healthy food and I like to grow and pick my own food. I also like to prepare food for the winter and I am using technics I learned from my grandmother to make jams, pickle, and jar food.

I also like cooking, knitting and fishing.

I still have some difficulties  learning Icelandic but I'm slowly learning more.
