Opnunartími: Opið allt árið eftir pöntunum.
Við tökum á móti: Hópum og einstaklingum á öllum aldri.
Leiðsögn: Tekið er á móti gestum og hægt að panta leiðsögn um búið og fræðandi umræður um mjólkurframleiðslu þegar því verður við komið.
Annað: Á bænum eru heitar laugar og fallegar gönguleiðir um nágrennið. Hægt er að aka inn á afrétt og ganga um eyðijarðir í stórbrotnu landslagi og fjallakyrrð.

Open Farms
Welcome to the country!
Through the Open Farms project, the public is given a chance to visit farms and learn about the various tasks needed to keep a farm going in the rural areas of the country. The Open Farms label is not a certificate as such, but serves to identify the farms involved with the project through a partnership with the Farmers Association of Iceland. They represent a cross section of modern Icelandic agriculture. All the farms have received a veterinary health certificate.
Before a visit is scheduled it is prudent to keep in mind the various conditions at the farms, e.g. toilet facilities, resting places and so on.
Farmers do charge for visits, the amount depending on the nature and extent of the services provided. In almost all cases the farmers can only take cash, and visitors are kindly asked to keep that in mind.
