Wild thyme
While wild thyme is a very popular seasoning, it is mostly used against the flu, colds, and other pneumotically based diseases, especially bronchitis where mucus must be released. Wild thyme is also effective against many bowel disorders like swelling of the stomach and intestines. It can ease cramps in the digestive system and is often used in a mixture with various other herbs. A strong tea of wild thyme, drunk four to six times a day, 2-3 days at a time is considered effective in reducing the craving for alcohol.
